Wedge-rumped Storm-Petrel -August 19th, 2023- (Lower Otay Reservoir, San Diego County, California)
This during Hurricane Hilary coming up from Baja California into California
Best shot I got in wind and rain and fast moving storm-petrels

Saw another at Spring Valley Lake near Victorville, CA but too distant for photos
